We delivered a premium set of residential homes within U3 Estate, a prestigious gated estate located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Known for its serene environment, well-planned infrastructure, and proximity to major malls, restaurants and business hubs, U3 Estate attracts professionals, executives and families looking for secure and comfortable living in Lagos.

Our brief was to create modern homes that match the standard of the estate: spacious, secure, functional and investment-worthy. The result is a cluster of thoughtfully designed homes that sit perfectly within the character of this high-value neighbourhood.

We provided complete building services for the residential units, including:

  • Architectural design & space planning for multi-bedroom family homes.

  • Structural works from foundations to roof, designed for durability in coastal Lagos conditions.

  • Internal fit-out, including tiling, doors, wardrobes, kitchens and sanitary fittings.

  • Electrical and plumbing installations, with provision for inverters / generators and water storage.

  • External works, such as paved driveways, perimeter fencing, walkways and soft landscaping.
