He is a 1983 graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos.
He has over 30years cognate experience in the civil, building, mechanical, electrical and public health engineering industry. He commenced his career with Stemar Construction Company Limited; a multinational construction company in 1985, where he was primarily responsible for the construction of the 14 floor CRUSADER HOUSE on Commercial Avenue, Yaba, Lagos.
Since 1987 when he led the establishment of O’SANIEL AND COMPANY, he has handled the construction and structural design of several civil engineering and public health engineering projects for various financial institutions, government parastatals, multinational firms and numerous clients nationwide.
He has attended various courses in core management skills for engineers and basic project cost engineering amongst others. He is a registered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a registered Chartered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
He is currently the Chairman of REDAN (Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria), Edo State Chapter as well as the National Auditor of REDAN (Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria) encouraging joint partnership in the development of social housing.
