Our team delivered a modern, high-performance restaurant facility for Smackers Foods Ltd, the operators of the popular The Place restaurant brand in Nigeria. As a fast-growing food and hospitality company with multiple outlets and heavy daily foot traffic, the client needed a building that could handle volume, reflect their vibrant brand, and run efficiently day and night.

The new development combines front-of-house comfort with back-of-house functionality, providing a welcoming dining environment for customers while supporting smooth operations for kitchen, storage, staff circulation and logistics. The building was designed with durability, flexibility and clean finishes in mind to match the brand’s emphasis on quality, ambience and consistency.

We provided a full end-to-end building solution, including:

  • Architectural design & space planning for restaurant, kitchen, storage and support areas.

  • Structural design and construction of the main building shell and core.

  • Interior fit-out for dining hall, restrooms, circulation areas and service counters.

  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installations, including efficient lighting, ventilation and water systems tailored to a food facility.

  • External works, including parking layout, walkways, signage zones and service access.

  • Coordination with kitchen equipment suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all machinery and services.
