TMS Foods Ltd

We delivered a bespoke commercial facility for TMS Foods Ltd in Oniru, Lagos – from reinforced concrete frame to final façade finishes. The building was conceived as a modern, high-visibility landmark that would house food-related operations while projecting a bold, contemporary brand image.

From the early stages of formwork, reinforcement and slab casting through to blockwork, external cladding and landscaping, our team managed the full lifecycle of the construction process on a tight, urban site.

Offering 1.2 million square feet of office space, over 12,000 square feet of retail space and 339 parking stalls, 160 Front Street West is slated for completion in late 2023.

Our involvement covered the complete building delivery, including:

  • Structural works – reinforced concrete columns, beams, slabs and stair cores, with extensive use of formwork and propping for multi-level construction.

  • Blockwork and partitioning to define production, service, circulation and office zones.

  • External façade system, including the installation of coloured geometric panels and large glazed openings.

  • Scaffolding, access and safety management throughout construction to allow work at height while maintaining safety and quality.

  • External works, including paved forecourt, perimeter fencing and soft landscaping with palm trees.
